We provide the following services:
LinkedIn and Upwork account/profile updates and optimization
CV and cover letter creation or refinement
Consultation and coaching for job seekers
Assistance with job applications (manual or recommended opportunities)
Sharing of job opportunities via email, platforms, or direct messaging
Job Offer Service: This comprehensive service covers everything necessary to enhance your job search and connect you with companies that align with your expertise, niche, and discipline. We don’t just assist you
Freelance Training: We build you up and also share some opportunities with you.
Survey Service: We provide this service for people who would like to earn tokens by executing small tasks and get paid instantly.
Teen Tech Class Program: We build your kid for the future in their tech journey.
These services are delivered virtually and tailored based on the service & information provided by the client.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for use in profiles, CVs, or applications.
Clients are responsible for checking and approving final documents or profiles before use.
It's important that clients check their email regularly—ideally daily, or even every few minutes—to ensure they don't miss any critical updates. During onboarding, we’ll provide detailed guidance on how to set up and manage their email effectively. This applies specifically to clients subscribed to the Account Management or Job Offer Service.
Failure to respond or submit necessary details may result in service delays.
3. Service Delivery
Services will be delivered within the estimated time frame communicated during onboarding.
Live consultations or feedback sessions will be scheduled in advance.
Clients are advised to review and confirm final drafts (e.g., LinkedIn summaries or CVs) before service completion.
One round of revisions is included for profile or document updates.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will attract an extra charge.
For clients under Account Management Service, we assist in applying to relevant job postings on their behalf using provided accounts.
For the Job Recommendation Service, we only share suitable job leads; clients must apply themselves.
The Job Offer Service is designed for residents of advanced countries who hold valid work authorization, as the companies we pitch your profile to typically require this documentation. For more information, please refer to the details on our Service Page.
We do not guarantee employment or interviews, but we ensure effort and accuracy in matching roles.
To support you effectively, we recommend starting your interview preparation at least 2 to 3 days before the scheduled time. Reaching out just an hour before the interview may not give us enough time to provide meaningful help, and we may not always be available at short notice. Planning ahead will give you the best chance of success.
Access to ongoing services (e.g., job applications or recommendations for Account Management Service) is granted only while the subscription is active.
Job Recommendation
If we find out that you’re not applying to the job openings we send, not responding to employers, or not applying on time, we will stop forwarding job opportunities to you and may no longer consider your profile for future recommendations. Consistent engagement is essential for continued support under our Job Recommendation Service.
Subscription Policy – Account Management Service
Once your subscription expires, all service delivery will be paused until you renew. Please ensure your subscription is active to avoid interruptions.
Lack of Engagement
If you repeatedly ignore important messages from employers or our team, we will no longer consider your profile for job recommendations or referrals. Communication is key to your success, and here at PUC, we don't joke with that.
Job Offer & Account Management Services
Once you secure a job—whether it’s part-time, contract, or full-time—your subscription will be considered fulfilled, and service delivery will stop. If you wish to access our services again in the future, including those in the Job Offer Service, you will need to renew your subscription.
All personal and professional information shared with us is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the services you subscribed to, such as Job Recommendations, Account Management, and Job Offer Support.
We will never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law or in cases where it's essential to communicate directly with a potential employer as part of the job application process, with your prior agreement.
We also ensure that all communication and documentation shared during our engagement (such as CVs, cover letters, interview notes, or job leads) are securely stored and only accessible to authorized team members directly involved in your service delivery.

We are committed to delivering quality and timely services to all our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services.
Non-Refundable After Work Commences
Once work has commenced (including consultations, document review, or communication initiated), all payments are non-refundable. This reflects the time, effort, and resources invested from the start of service delivery.
Cancellations Before Service Begins
If a service has not yet started, clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment for a partial refund, minus any applicable processing or administrative fees. No refunds will be issued after this 24-hour window.
Client Communication Responsibility
Refunds will not be issued for:
Missed communication (e.g., unread emails, unanswered calls)
Delayed responses from the client
Failure to provide required information/documents within the agreed timeframe
Timely communication is essential for the smooth delivery of services.
Service Disruptions or Delays
If a delay occurs on our side that significantly impacts service delivery (outside of force majeure or unforeseen events), we may offer a partial credit or extension at our discretion.
Commitment to Client Satisfaction
While refunds are limited, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us promptly—we will review your concerns and may offer revisions or alternative solutions where appropriate.

All service-related communication should be conducted through email or our preferred approved messaging platform (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.), as specified during onboarding. This helps us ensure a clear, documented, and organized exchange of information.
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Messages sent on weekends or public holidays may receive a response on the next working day.
To ensure effective service delivery, we kindly ask that you:
Check your messages and email regularly, especially if you're enrolled in time-sensitive services such as Job Recommendation or Interview Support.
Respond promptly to our requests for feedback, documents, or confirmations—delays in your response may impact timelines or service quality.
Avoid using multiple channels for the same request, as it can lead to confusion or delayed replies.
For urgent matters, please clearly mark your message as “Urgent” in the subject line or message body, and we’ll do our best to prioritize it.

Our Job Offer Service is designed to connect qualified candidates with real employers who have current hiring needs. We may:
Recommend your profile directly to companies,
Facilitate introductions or interview opportunities,
Provide support throughout the process.
However, Please Note:
We are not a recruitment agency or a direct hiring entity.
While we pitch your profile professionally, the final hiring decision rests entirely with the employer and the applicant.
Your success in securing an offer will depend on your interview performance, professional conduct, and eligibility to work in the relevant country.
Once an interview or connection is made, our responsibility is considered fulfilled for that opportunity. We are not involved in salary negotiation, onboarding, or employer decisions.
By using our services, including the Job Offer Service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. We are here to increase your chances, connect you to real opportunities, and provide expert support — but we cannot guarantee employment outcomes.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Europe, and any disputes arising will be resolved under its jurisdiction.

You must hold a valid work visa or authorization to work in the country where you live.
You must have a professional CV or profile ready or be willing to work with us to improve it. We'll update your CV for you.
You must be able to attend interviews, respond promptly to employers, and act professionally during the hiring process.
We will pitch your professional profile directly to companies that match your skills, experience, and region.
When possible, we will connect you to employers or arrange interviews on your behalf.
This service does not guarantee a job offer, as final hiring decisions depend on the employer and your interview performance.
The Job Offer Service is a one-time payment, which covers:
Profile review or optimization
Employer pitching
Interview opportunity facilitation
Ongoing support until an offer is received or the subscription term ends

Note: Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced (see Refund Policy).
We do not provide or arrange visa sponsorships. Clients are solely responsible for confirming their eligibility to work in their current country of residence. Employers may request proof of legal work status.
Once you secure a job (full-time, part-time, freelance, or contract), the service is considered complete.
To continue using the service after getting hired, a new subscription is required.
Repeated failure to respond to employers or communicate professionally may result in the service being paused or discontinued.
All communication regarding the service must take place via email or our preferred business messaging platform. Clients are expected to check messages daily and respond within 24–48 hours to employer or service updates.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that this service is a support and facilitation tool, not a job placement guarantee. Results depend on your responsiveness, qualifications, and performance during the hiring process.
